Spanish boutique brand Velouria Cycles has unveiled the Even Flow—a rare breed in the mountain bike world: a fully titanium full-suspension frame. The result of eight years of development and prototyping, this bike promises a unique blend of durability, ride quality, and timeless craftsmanship.
Constructed from 3AL-2.5V titanium tubing with 3D-printed titanium parts in key areas like the rear triangle, the frame achieves both precision and strength. Pivot points and bearing interfaces are optimized for stiffness, especially around the bottom bracket and rear triangle. All axles and hardware are also custom-machined from titanium, underscoring the bike’s premium build.
The Even Flow uses a Horst Link suspension layout offering 160-152mm or 146mm of rear travel (depending on the shock), paired with 160mm or 150mm fork travel. Anti-squat values range between 100–114% at the recommended sag, ensuring efficient pedaling, while a progressive suspension curve (2.9–2.1) provides sensitivity on small bumps and support on big hits. Brake squat remains low, promoting traction and control under hard braking.
Other features include compatibility with 29-inch wheels, clearance for up to 29×2.5″ tires, and a UDH derailleur hanger. Weight comes in at 2960g for a size M.
Priced at €3,990 for the frame, the Even Flow isn’t for everyone—but for riders seeking a lifetime-quality full-suspension bike with a distinct ride character, it represents a compelling and highly exclusive option.
