After a six-year hiatus since its last edition in 2019, one of China’s most iconic cycling events—the South China Two-Wheel Extreme Sports Invitational—is officially set to make a highly anticipated return. The event will be relaunched as the South China International Two-Wheel Extreme Sports Invitational and held on November 15–16, 2025, at the Feifan Mountain World park in Huangpu District, Guangzhou.
This year’s competition has been significantly expanded in scale, with nearly 30 top mountain bikers from around the world expected to participate, positioning the event as one of Asia’s most professional and large-scale cycling gatherings. The event is also supported by numerous leading bicycle brands, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing the mountain biking culture across Asia and the Greater China region.
The revitalized invitational will feature eight major competition categories, each sponsored by renowned industry brands, highlighting strong collaborative efforts to promote mountain bike sports:
DH Downhill Race, titled by HT Pedals
Enduro Race, titled by NOVATEC Wheels, featuring three challenging stages: the “MICROSHIFT Track” (S1), “KS Track” (S2), and “WISSCO Track” (S3)
E-MTB Enduro Race, titled by S-RIDE Drivetrain, with stages including the “SMANIE Track” (S4) and “JAVA Track” (S5)
XCO Cross-Country Race, titled by MERIDA Bicycles
2X Dual Slalom Race, titled by SYB Xing Sheng Yang Bicycles
4X Race, titled by KENDA Tires
Pump Track Race, titled by KMC Chain
