AiRO Launches World’s First AI-Powered Aero Bike Fit Platform
AiRO has introduced a groundbreaking bike fitting system that uses artificial intelligence and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to optimize rider position for aerodynamics—without a wind tunnel.
Developed by former Specialized engineers Konstantin Usachev and Ingmar Jungnickel, the platform generates a precise 3D aerodynamic model of the rider in just 7 minutes. By analyzing key body input points, AiRO helps cyclists and coaches fine-tune positioning to save watts and gain speed.
“AiRO brings wind tunnel-level optimization to every rider,” says Jungnickel. “It turns data into speed—no guesswork, no high cost.”
The tool is initially rolling out in North America, targeting professional coaching teams and competitive riders.
