Scott introduces the all-new Addict endurance road bike, engineered for comfort and performance on long rides. Building on technology from the race-focused Addict RC, this model brings a smoother, more relaxed ride without sacrificing stiffness.
The frame offers 25% more compliance than the Addict RC and 50% more than the previous Addict generation. Scott achieved this by refining tube shapes—thinning the seatpost, slimming the top tube, and using dropped seatstays—allowing the frame to absorb road vibrations effectively.
Despite its comfort focus, the Addict maintains high stiffness in the head tube and bottom bracket. Test riders consistently preferred stiffer prototypes for their precise handling and confident feel at speed.
The bike fits tires up to 38mm wide and comes standard with 34mm rubber. Geometry is slightly more upright, with a 5mm taller stack and 5mm shorter reach, making it accessible for a wider range of riders.

Integrated storage includes a hidden compartment near the bottom bracket, holding a mini pump, tire levers, and a TPU tube. An optional frame bag mounts cleanly inside the top tube, and the Syncros seatpost includes a built-in light.
The Addict also features a small multitool inside the handlebar and uses the universal derailleur hanger for compatibility with multiple groupsets.

Built with HMX or HMF carbon, the frame weighs as little as 780 grams. Complete bikes range from 7.4kg to 9kg, with groupsets from mechanical to electronic.
Whether you’re planning a all-day ride or seeking a comfortable yet responsive road bike, the Addict balances compliance and control in a clean, versatile package.
